Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
